SD-1200 full hydraulic driving the rotation head unit core drilling rig mounted the crawler is mainly used for diamond bit drilling with wire line hoists. It adopted the foreign advanced technology of rotation unit rod holding system and hydraulic system. It is suitable for diamond bit drilling and carbide bit drilling of solid bed. It also can be used in exploring drilling and base or pile hole drilling and the small water well drilling.

1. Application Range

It can be used to engineering geology investigation, seismic exploration drill, and water well drilling, anchor drilling, jet drilling, air-condition drilling, pile hole drilling.

2. Main Features

(1) Rotation unit (hydraulic driving rotation head) adopted the France technique. It was drive by dual hydraulic motors and changed speed by the mechanical style. It has the wide range speeds and high torque at the low speed. It also can satisfy the different project construction and drilling process with different motors.

(2) The rotation unit has the more stiffness spindle, transmission accurately and running steadily, it has more advantages in the deep drilling.

(3)The max spindle speed is 1175rpm with the torque 432Nm, so it is suitable for the deep drilling.

(4) The feeding and the lifting system use the single hydraulic cylinder driving the chain. It has the long feeding distance character, so it is easy to the long rock core drilling process.

(5) The hydraulic driving head can move away the drilling hole, accompany with the clamp machine system, the unscrew machine system and the rod assistant machine, so it bring the convenient for the rock core drilling.

(6) Rig has the high lifting speed, it can decrease the auxiliary time. It is easy to wash the hole and improve the rig’s efficiency.

(7) The V style orbit on the mast can make sure the enough rigidity between the top hydraulic head and the mast and gives the stability at the high rotation speed.

(8) The main winch adopted the BRADEN winch from the USA, work stability and brake reliability.

(9) The wire line winch can get to max speed 205m/min at empty drum, which saved the auxiliary time.

(10) Rig has the clamp machine and the unscrew machine, so it is convenient for unscrew rod and decrease the work intensity.

(11) The rig equips with the spindle speedometers and the drilling deep gauge, it is convenient to choose the drilling data.

(12) The rig adopted the back pressure balance system to weight the rod. The customer can conveniently get the drilling pressure at the bottom hole and increase the bits life.

(13) The hydraulic system is reliable, the mud pump control by the hydraulic valve. All kind of the handle is concentrate at the control set, so it is convenient to solve the drilling incidents.

(14) Mounted the crawler and electronic handle control the rig can move easily, it can link the outer handle which make the movement more safely and easily.
